About 

Middle Sister is a dream 20 years in the making. After spending a summer in New York in her 20s, our founder and middle sister, Eleanor became enamored with the idea of dessert bars.  She dreamed of creating a beautiful and warm place to enjoy interesting a hand crafted cocktails alongside delicious desserts. Her career in food would take her from New York to Austin to LA before finally returning home to Graham. 

After being approached by The Middleton Hotel to develop a food & beverage concept, she knew the fit was perfect.  Not simply the dessert bar she first imagined, Middle Sister at The Middleton takes the idea one step further with freshly baked breakfasts, a full espresso menu plus snacks and nibbles all made from fresh and seasonal ingredients.
